Gotham City Research released Grifols SA: Scranton and the Undisclosed Debts on Tuesday, January 19, 2024. Grifols in turn responded with a series of responses, answering some questions, but not addressing others. More recently, we note that Grifols has instituted changes to its management and board that indicate to us that at least some of our concerns are valid. We have many questions for Grifols. At this time, we focus on our questions regarding Grifols’ relationship with Scranton Enterprises NV.
